四、方案征集內容：本次活動旨在征集展現中國特色與武（略）魅力，具有國際視野與先進理念、富有創意、面向實施的國家級會展綜合體建筑概念方案。

以中選方案為核心，整合、吸納各方案的優點和專家評審意見，形成高水平、可實施的方案，具體包括整合公開征集優勝方案、深化方案設計，提供可以指導初步設計的設計成果，具體事宜根據后續工作安排進行協商。(III)IntegrationandDeepeningofCollectedSchemeAchievementsWiththeselectedschemeasthecore,integrateandabsorbtheadvantagesofvariousschemesandexpertreviewopinionstoformahigh-levelandimplementableplan.Specifically,itincludesintegratingthewinningschemesfromtheopensolicitation,deepeningtheschemedesign,andprovidingdesignresultsthatcanguidethepreliminarydesign.Specificmattersshallbenegotiatedinaccordancewithsubsequentworkarrangements.
五、報名資格：V.RegistrationQualifications:應征人須為在中華人民共和國境內、境外合法注冊的法人實體或由法人實體組成的聯合體，單個聯合體成員不得超過5家，聯合體牽頭人代表聯合體各方成員負責投標和合同實施階段的主辦協調工作，且應征人應符合下述要求：Theapplicantmustbealegallyregisteredlegalentity(eitherdomesticorforeignwithinthePeople'sRepublicofChina)oraconsortiumcomposedoflegalentities,（略）,theapplicantshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:
在中華人民共和國境內注冊的勘察設計類應征人，須具有相關主管部門核發的建筑行業(建筑工程)甲級及以上設計資質。
ForapplicantsengagedinsurveyanddesignregisteredwithinthePeople'sRepublicofChina,theymustholdGradeAorhigherqualificationinthearchitecturalindustry(constructionengineering)issuedbytherelevantcompetentauthorities.
中華人民共和國境外的應征人須具有所在國政府主管部門核發的企業注冊登記證明及所在國政府主管部門或者有關行業組織核發的設計許可證明；港澳（略）的應征人要求應參照境外應征人資格要求的規定。
ApplicantsoutsidethePeople'sRepublicofChinamustholdtheenterpriseregistrationcertificateissuedbythecompetentgovernmentdepartmentoftheircountry,andthedesignlicensecertificateissuedbythecompetentgovernmentdepartmentorrelevantindustryorganizationoftheircountry;therequirementsforapplicantsfromHongKong,MacaoandTaiwanregionsshallrefertotheprovisionsonthequalificationrequirementsforoverseasapplicants.
在中國境內無分支機構的境外應征人，需與境內具有建筑行業(建筑工程)甲級及以上資質的設計機構組成聯合體投標，并提供聯合體協議。在中國境內有分支機構的境外應征人，資格參照中國境內應征人要求。
OverseasapplicantswithoutbranchesinChinashallformaconsortiumwithadomesticdesigninstitutionthatholdsGradeAorhigherqualificationintheconstructionindustry(constructionengineering)tobid,andshallprovideaconsortiumagreement.ForoverseasapplicantswithbranchesinChina,theirqualificationsshallbesubjecttotherequirementsfordomesticapplicantsinChina.
應征人應具有與本項目的功能性質相類似的會展或展覽類的規劃（策劃）、建筑設計及運營經驗。
4.Applicantsshallhaveexperienceinplanning,architecturaldesignandoperationofconventionandexhibitionprojectssimilarinfunctionalnaturetothisproject.5、應征人擬派的首席設計師（項目負責人）須主持或參與過10萬方以上大型公建類（不包含居住、工業廠房、商業綜合體）建筑設計項目，并提供相關證明(包括但不限于合同、成果文件交付證明、甲方評價表等，格式自擬)。5.Thechiefdesigner(projectleader)tobeassignedbytheapplicantmusthavepresidedoverorparticipatedinarchitecturaldesignprojectsoflarge-scalepublicbuildingswithafloorareaofmorethan100,000squaremeters(excludingresidentialbuildings,industrialplants,andcommercialcomplexes),andproviderelevantcertificates(includingbutnotlimitedtocontracts,proofofdeliveryofoutcomedocuments,PartyA'sevaluationform,etc.,withtheformattobedeterminedbytheapplicant).
