BriefSpecificationDescription:Thescopeofservicesincludesbutisnotlimitedtothehigh-riskprojectsofthemonitoredandunder-constructionengineeringprojectsintheLingangNewAreaincludingtechnicalsupportfornewconstruction,reconstruction,andexpansionofbuildingconstruction,municipaltraffic,waterconservancy,andotherprojects,includingauxiliaryinspectionandtestingoffireprotectionengineering,oftheuseoflarge-scaleconstructionliftingmachineryandauxiliaryinspectionofkeynodes,andauxiliarysafetyinspectionofkeynodesofultra-dangerousprojects.(Fordetailsoftheprocurementcontent,pleaserefertothe"SecondChapter-ProcurementRequirements"inthecompetitiveconsultationdocument).

二、申請人的資格要求
2.QualificationRequirementsforSuppliers
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；
(a)MeettheprovisionsofArticle22ofthe"GovernmentProcurementLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina";
(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：本項目不專門面向中小企業(yè)。執(zhí)行《政府采購促進中小企業(yè)發(fā)展管理辦法》的通知財庫〔2020〕46號）、《財政部關(guān)于進一步加大政府采購支持中小企業(yè)力度的通知》財庫[2022]19號。本次采購若符合政府強制采購節(jié)能產(chǎn)品、鼓勵環(huán)保產(chǎn)品、扶持福利企業(yè)、促進殘疾人就業(yè)、支持中小微企業(yè)、支持監(jiān)獄和戒毒企業(yè)等政策，將落實相關(guān)政策。
