四、投標人資格條件Qualificationsforbidders：

（二）投標人距離芝加哥奧黑爾國際機場（O'HareInternationalAirport）（略）車程時間在40分鐘（）以內；

（三）投標人須配備餐廳，能提供早、午、晚餐堂食服務；
