（1）關境內提供的貨物，含投標截止時間前已經進口的貨物：合同生效后3個月內全部貨物到達項目現場；
（2）關境外提供的貨物：合同生效后3個月內一次性交付本合同項下的全部貨物（合同生效至提單日期為3個月）。
2.3招標產品列表（主要設備）：
靈敏度：標準模式下靈敏度，低質量數（Li或Be）>200Mcps/ppm；中質量數(Y或In)>500Mcps/ppm；高質量數(Th或U)>300Mcps/ppm。
3.投標人資格要求
3.1投標人必須是所投貨物的制造商或制造商直接授權的代理商，若投標人為代理商則須提供制造商出具的授權書，否則其投標將被否決。如果境外投標人所投貨物包含境內部分，則投標人須具備人民幣結算能力，否則其投標將被否決。
3.2投標人須提供營業執照（企業登記證明材料）或經營許可證明文件。
3.3業績要求：自2022年1月1日至投標截止時間（以合同或訂單簽訂時間為準），投標貨物制造商應至少具有1套類似工況電感耦合等離子體質譜儀的銷售或供貨業績。
證明材料包括：請提供對應的銷售或供貨合同或銷售或供貨訂單復印件，并提供驗收證明作為業績證明材料。銷售或供貨合同或訂單的復印件須能體現簽訂時間，銷售或供貨產品內容、規格及數量、簽章雙方等關鍵信息，否則將被作為無效證明材料。合同或訂單賣方是制造商或其代理商的均認可。若銷售或供貨合同或銷售或供貨訂單中未能體現上述信息的，請附上相關的技術協議書或其他證明文件作為證明材料，否則將被作為無效業績。
3.4投標人須提供在開標日前3個月內任意一個月由其開立基本賬戶的銀行（開戶銀行）開具的有效銀行資信證明的原件或復印件，同時須提供開戶銀行證明材料。
3.5至投標截止時間，投標人若被人民法院列為失信被執行人或被中華人民共和國應急管理部（包括原國家安全監管總局）列入安全生產不良記錄“黑名單”，其投標將被否決。
