2025年4月9日，在“深系湄瀾”合作框架下，深圳市國際交流合作基金會（以下簡稱“基金會”）聯合江蘇羅特能源科技有限公司、廣東美碳科技有限公司，在老撾瑯勃拉邦省開展凈水器及光伏儲能設備捐贈活動。

On April 9, 2025, under the "Shenzhen-Mekong Lancang Initiative" framework, the Shenzhen Foundation for International Exchange and Cooperation (SFIEC) joined hands with Jiangsu Rotor Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Mentech Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out a donation ceremony in Luang Prabang Province, Laos.

基金會向老撾和平團結委員會捐贈了1000臺凈水器和21套光伏儲能設備，這些物資將用于改善當地居民和周邊學校學生的飲水安全和能源供應問題。中國國際交流協會副會長劉洪才、老撾和平團結委員會副主席蓬喬出席捐贈活動。

SFIEC donated 1,000 water purifiers and 21 sets of solar energy storage equipment to the Lao Committee for Peace and Solidarity. These supplies will be used to improve the drinking water safety and energy supply for local residents and students in nearby schools. Mr. Liu Hongcai, Vice President of the Chinese Association for International Understanding, and Mr. Phomekw, Vice Chairman of the Lao Committee for Peace and Solidarity, attended the donation ceremony.

此次向老撾瑯勃拉邦省捐贈凈水器和光伏儲能設備，是基金會響應“一帶一路”倡議和全球發展倡議，推動中老命運共同體建設，促進中老互聯互通與合作共贏的具體實踐。未來，基金會將繼續服務國家總體外交，探索和豐富“小而美”“惠而實”的國際公益項目，切實改善當地人民的福祉，為全球可持續發展目標的實現貢獻力量。

This donation of water purifiers and solar energy storage equipment to Luang Prabang Province, Laos, is a concrete step by SFIEC to promote connectivity and cooperation between China and Laos. In the future, SFIEC will continue to explore more "Small and Beautiful" international public welfare projects to tangibly enhance the well-being of the local people and contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

為進一步落實聯合國可持續發展目標（SDGs），并深化瀾湄地區的青年教育與文化交流合作，2024年7月，基金會組織“中國·老撾青年科技文化交流營”，聯合萬思未來館、余彭年慈善基金會、贏家公益基金會，與紅嶺中學的教師代表和大灣區的青少年志愿者在萬象皮瓦中學捐建科技教室，并為萬象周邊的村鎮學校捐贈教學物資。

深圳市國際交流合作基金會于2014年12月成立，是中國首批以促進國際交流合作，助力國際化城市建設的非公募公益基金會。基金會致力于搭建國際交流合作平臺，助力深圳國際化創新型城市建設，支持社會各界參與全球治理。

Founded in December 2014, SFIEC is the first non-public foundation in China committed to promoting international exchange and cooperation and facilitating the city’s internationalization. The mission of SFIEC is to establish platforms for international exchange and cooperation, facilitate the innovation and internationalization of Shenzhen, and engage different social entities in global governance.

Since its establishment, the foundation has focused on civil international exchange and cooperation, creating a number of creative and influential independent brand sections such as the "Shenzhen x Lancang-Mekong+" , the "CityPlus" platform, the “Value Plus” platform, the "Shentlemen" Series, Empower Global Enterprises, and Engagement in Partners Public Projects.
