(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3.須系我國境內依法設立的法人組織；4.具有電力工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質，并同時具備國家電力監管委員會派出機構頒發的五級及其以上承裝（修、試）電力設施許可證；5.具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；6.擬派項目負責人具有機電工程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；7.業績要求：無；8.其他要求：無。
(c)Specificqualificationrequirementsforthisprogram:3.ItmustbealegalpersonorganizationestablishedinaccordancewiththelawwithintheterritoryofChina;4.Havethequalificationofgeneralcontractingofelectricpowerengineeringconstructionlevel3orabove,andatthesametimehavethelicenseoflevel5andaboveforundertaking(repairandtest)powerfacilitiesissuedbythedispatchedagencyoftheStateElectricityRegulatoryCommission;5.Haveasafetyproductionlicense(withinthevalidityperiod);6.Thepersoninchargeoftheproposedprojecthastheprofessionalqualificationofaregisteredconstructionengineeroflevel2oraboveinmechanicalandelectricalengineering,hasavalidsafetyproductionassessmentcertificate,andhasnotservedastheprojectleaderofotherconstructionprojectsunderconstruction;7.PerformanceRequirements:None;8.Otherrequirements:None.
