且同時滿足以下技術指標：①鍋爐工況下的NOx排放量≤50mg/Nm3（鍋爐工況：負荷30%～100%，煙氣再循環量≤15%，基準氧含量3%干基，（略）工況參數需為脫硝前的工況參數）；②鍋爐蒸發量≥130T/H；③主蒸汽壓力等級≥9.8MPa；④主蒸汽溫度525±5℃；⑤（略）（FGR）；⑥氣體燃料為煉廠燃料氣或天然氣；⑦液體燃料為輕質燃料油。

投標人須按規定格式提交業績表，并提交相關業績證明文件。業績證明文件包括：1）銷售合同和2）用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料（到貨驗收單或調試驗收報告或其他可以證明合同項下貨物已經到貨驗收的有效證明材料）。投標人所提交的業績證明文件必須至少體現以下內容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內貿易合同應有雙方蓋章，國際貿易合同應有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱：（略）
若業績合同為年度協議，除提供年度協議外，還應提供相應的已到貨訂單，（略）應與年度協議相關聯。同一個年度協議下提供1個或以上的訂單及與訂單對應的到貨驗收材料均算為1個有效業績。

Iftheperformancecontractisanannualagreement,inadditiontotheannualagreement,thecorrespondingincomingordersshouldbeprovided,andthecontentsornumbersoftheordersshouldbeassociatedwiththeannualagreement.Theprovisionof1ormoreordersandthearrivalandacceptancematerialscorrespondingtotheordersunderthesameannualagreementshallbecountedas1validperformance.
